ArSCRS, valuing partnerships with international organizations, opens up broad opportunities for its members to establish new professional connections and engage in knowledge exchange. We strive to leverage collective experience and resources to advance the field of cataract and refractive surgery in Armenia and beyond.
European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS)
Since 2023, the Armenian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons has officially collaborated with the European counterpart organization, becoming its affiliated society in Armenia. This partnership enhances Armenian ophthalmologists’ participation in the ESCRS annual congress, the largest ophthalmic conference in Europe, and encourages the visits of our European colleagues to Armenia, where they actively participate in our annual scientific meetings.
The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons provides its associated national organizations with access to numerous resources, including educational materials, research publications, and professional development programs.
Association of Ophthalmologists of Russia
Collaboration with the Association of Ophthalmologists of Russia offers our members the opportunity to maintain continuous contact with our Russian colleagues and encourages their participation in the annual “White Nights” ophthalmology conference held in Saint Petersburg.
